I've purchased from this brand before, and they delivered yet again. These are soft, yet firm. Within a minute of putting them on, my arch popped and the relief lasted all day. The elastic bands are super easy to just slip on, and they grip well enough to hold in place exactly where I put them while being gentle enough to not cut off circulation and slide right back off again at the end of the day. I pulled my socks on over them and headed out to the grocery store. My feet were still feeling good when I got home, and that's pretty huge..

While this is an interesting concept for providing support specifically to foot arches, I found they contributed to MORE pain in my arches when wearing, as they do not have a lot of give. The metatarsal pad is uniquely shaped to fit in the arch of your foot, and the elastic keeps it in place quite well, but is very firm without much cushiness, leading me to feel the pad too much under my foot and contributing to aching in my foot. Worth a try if you have had no success with other similar items, but didn't work for me.

I got the two pack, and it's worth it if you think you'll use it at all. This is because each one, I have only been able to stretch it to two days before I have to go and get a new pair, and if you don't launder often, it'll be hard to go with just one.I don't wear these daily as I don't need to, only with certain shoes or barefoot. I was debating between four or five stars and went with five because it works.
