I have plantar fasciitis and tendinitis. There are some of my flat shoes that I can no longer wear. With these I can. I had to make sure it was positioned correctly. Once in the correct spot they are great! I am also very surprised that the sticky part stays in place.

I have posterior tibia tendonitis. Even custom orthotics haven't helped. So I bought a high arch insole and added this insert on top of that. They have helped but they do not stay in place well.

I have very narrow and long feet. Love these arches. I put them in all my shoes and boots. Provides gentle, yet firm support. Perfect!

This item is just what I was looking for to put in some sandals I had bought. It gave me the arch support I needed without looking weird.The pack came with three colors (cream, clear, and black) so the black pair was perfect for the job. I was able to adjust the location of the arch pad as I liked before sticking it permanently onto my sandal.The sandals were so comfy the first time I wore the sandals with the inserts on. It was as if the inserts were part of the sandal originally. The fit was perfect for my feet. I am very happy I found these!

I’m dealing with plantar fasciitis, and these have helped make my shoes somewhat more wearable. However, I wouldn’t say they can transform a painful pair of shoes into orthotics. I’m keeping them because they do help a bit, though. I don’t want to give up all my favorite shoes just yet.Oh, and the sticky adhesive is very secure.

Although these have good reviews I didn’t have high expectations. I was happily surprised with them. I’ve only used the black pair so far. I added them to a pair of black sandals that have a suede-like footbed so I was nervous these wouldn’t stay put but they did. They added the much needed arch support I was looking for. Don’t expect these to make a pair of flats into a birkenstock, with excellent and firm arch support but they add enough support to make flats more comfortable. I normally will not buy any shoe that doesn’t have excellent arch support but it’s hard to find nice looking shoes, especially sandals, that have good arch support. Now that I know these work so well I will be able to add a few new shoes to my wardrobe.

Adhesive not very strong, doesn't stay in place long (made sure the area was clean and dry), so are just ok, wouldn't buy again

These do not work well, they barely provide any arch support and the sticky part suck and despite feeling very sticky fall off easy and do not adhere well long term. The more they fall off after you take the shoes off, which they do fall off almost every time, the less the adhere. Do not buy

I had to have some kind of soft arch support. Walking the whole day at work was killing my feet, hips and low back. I was trying place shoe inserts to shoes. And couldn't find right spot. Took it off, tried again...So finally I was so frustrated, I just stick inserts to my bare feet, wear socks and left for work. Ups... in the evening I found that way works too. Inserts stick pretty well. I can change shoes during day without having too many inserts. I wash them in the evening with soap and let dry (switching 3 pairs}. I even can ware them with sandals without socks (clear or nude)! I know, sounds silly. But definitely works for me.

I bought these because I have flat feet and wanted to put them in each of my shoes. But after a little while the adhesive stops sticking and they slide around inside the shoe which defeats the purpose.
