They look classy in my dress shoes and do the job.

I ordered the product to provide more arch support in my pumps for work. The product adhered easily to the inside of my shoe and was easy to use. The arch support was good but not excessive so it was still comfortable after long hours of wear. Overall the product worked well and provided the arch support I was looking for. I would recommend it to others.

These worked so well! I put them in with the sticky part covered to test the best location and walked around the house for a bit. Once I figured out where I wanted to place it in my shoe, I pulled the tape off and applied them. They feel so nice when I'm on feet all day - solid and don't squish down to nothing when standing.

These arch-support inserts seem to be well made, and the adhesive covers a large part of the insert. How long it lasts will depend on various factors, such as humidity, sweating, and how often they’re used, but I expect these to hold well in ideal conditions. Non-ideal conditions are another matter, mostly because of the design of the inserts.I got these inserts for a pair of boots that only came in half sizes. Since they’re too large, the built-in arch support doesn’t align properly with my feet, leaving me with no supports.I wear a size 7.5, standard width, in women’s shoes. I typically wear custom insoles for my running shoes since I need more arch support than typical sports insoles provide, but my arches are considered moderate, not high.Keeping these things in mind, I found these inserts too large. The support is fine and about what I need, but the width of that support is too much. To keep the arch padding from hurting my feet, I had to move them to the outside of my foot, pushing them up the sides of my boots slightly. Because of this, they don’t adhere as well as they would if I had been able to apply them wholly to the bottom of the shoe.Additionally, the inserts weren’t flexible enough to handle the sharper pitch of the boots I needed them for, so this also affected the adhesion. Once I’m wearing the boots, the inserts don’t shift around, but I need to adjust them each time before slipping my feet into the boots.Despite these frustrations, the arch supports work well enough that I’ll keep them, especially since they make these boots much more comfortable. 3.5 Stars rounded to 4.

The arch support insert will serve you well if you have shoes which are inside are flat without arch support. Just glue it in (self-adhesive) and you have not any longer pain in your feet because of the missing arch support.

They are what they are. Not enough of a lift or support of my arch.

Replacement insoles are always a better bet than stick on anything like this, however that's not always a viable option. After a few unsuccessful tries to get my work dress shoes a more permanent ergonomic fix, I diverted to these and I'm pretty impressed. These are a really good size for consistent arch support. Stickers are often too small and feel like awkward lumps, but these feel as close to a legit insole that I've found yet. The foam density is good and it's a huge improvement to fit for daily wear.
