I found that I was getting a lot of pain in my arches on days when I spent most of my time standing, and these initially did a fantastic job of alleviating that. I could stand through an 8-hour shift and my feet would still be fine at the end of the day. Unfortunately, after a week or so, I started getting occasional shooting pains in my big toe while wearing these. When I took them out that immediately went away, though my sore feet returned.

Decent value as these offer comfort for a price that is in the range of other quality full sole inserts.I am rating at 3 stars vs 4 due to these inserts developing a squeaking issue.What I like ~• Comfortable with good arch support• Different colors available. Sometimes color matching matters.• Plenty of toe material provided for you to cut to match a shoe size exactlyWhat I do not like ~• Recently these inserts have begun squeaking and creaking loudly. I'm sure it is fixable but I've stopped using this pair of shoes until I can figure this out.

These insoles provide good support for my weak arches. Walking is a lot more comfortable now.
