These are some heavy duty insoles! Unlike others I've tried, these have hard rubber from heel to toe, instead of just in the arch, for maximum support throughout the shoe. That said, they don't seem to be designed to be trimmed, so you have to order the right size, and then be ready for it to take up a decent amount of space in your shoe because the rubber doesn't compress to make room. So for me, they fit best in either my snow boots or sneakers which have some extra stretch. I can absolutely feel the support in my arch and it does reduce some foot pain I have from a neuroma. I love how heavy duty these are! Maximum relief and support but be prepared for it to take up a lot of room.

They are rigid which means good support, they fit in my shoes almost since I had to buy a 13.5 since they don't offer a 14 so that means they feel like they have a small area to move in. The quality feels nice and I do believe over time it will help with the pain in my feet.

I bought these for my guy who is on his feet a lot and has had knee surgery in the past. We were looking for some extra support for him. The size/fit were exactly right. He wears a size 12, so I ordered the 12-12.5. We did not even need to cut them down to fit his boots.Upon first use, he found that they were a bit uncomfortable and hurt his feet more. However, that went away after a day or two, and that’s when he felt pain relief, as these insoles provide good arch support. I read other reviews where people didn’t like the pain associated with wearing them and gave up using immediately. Coming from someone who has had plantar fasciitis for years myself, my podiatrist also sells/recommends firm insoles that support you better at a much higher price. Also, foot exhaustion is real and after adjusting to them, it’s noticeable that they function the way they are supposed to.My guy did say that the adhesion and stickiness could be better. When he would take his boots off, the insoles kind of raised up from their position as his feet did. Considering the price of these, they are well worth the money though.

At first look, when holding them they felt hard and seem really uncomfortable. But once inserted to your shoes of choice, in my case my husband's work shoes they helped wonders. The Insoles help people with flat feet.This is what my husband had to say about the insole: "they are kinda arched and feel like you have some pillows in the back of your feet. Put these bad boys in my work boots and my feet felt amazing after. Definitely worth the $$$"

For insoles meant for plantar fasciitis, flat feet, pain, etc., these inserts were quite stiff and hard. I attempted to wear them in my boots for a day and removed them. I do have flat feet and tendonitis, so I have a lot of pain. These accentuated the pain and didn't do as much for me as I would have liked. These might be nice for someone who actually has arches and wants something to keep their foot in place.

Since using these Arcure Orthotic Insoles, my feet feel so much more comfortable and supported. I’m not entirely sure what changed, but walking and standing have become much easier and less tiring.
