When my plantar fasciitis flares up, I wear these around the house. Works great that way. Not very comfortable in shoes, especially if doing a lot of walking.

非常に良いのですが、使っているうちに生地の部分がほつれてくるのが難点です。

This is a product I used until it started to fall apart and ordered another. It really works, 4 days of use and no more muscle pain in the legs and feet. Excellent product.

THERE. I believe the title says it all. Like many arch support products, there is a niche market for these, as I'm sure they've helped zillions, just not me. But I understand having finicky feet and what works well for teeming masses of flat footed bon vivants may not include MY particular firm of misery. Having a firm, hard plastic arch straddling your appendage may very well work for you whilst I found them a little brutish at best and an over-priced novelty at least. If they'll take them back, give them a try. Otherwise, I'd strongly suggest popping for the more expensive and worthy Aetrex line of orthotics, which are road proven by millions, but a tad on the pricey side. But, do you indeed get what you pay for? I think so and please note that whilst your arch may be supported by these, there's no forefoot or heel cushioning to be gained here. Your flats will still remain just that with the addition of half a hockey puck under your arch. To be fair, my wife has a pair she loves occasionally and then they go back in the sock drawer. The spandex style material is pretty comfy, just the support itself is hard as a clam shell. This would NOT be a good candidate for those with a heftier instep (notice how I didn't even imply FAT foot?) or those with a much larger foot as these are generally unisex and one size fits all. Best of luck in your search for relief indeed and keep persevering until you find the right little gem that works for you!

I feel I should update my feedback, since so many people have read my earlier post. I hope that it may send a notice to everyone that read the beginning statement I made praising just the shoes with the socks as that after around week 3 or so I have decided that my feet feel much much better when I wear the copper fit socks and add the velcro arch supports together in the FitVille sneakers. I jumped the gun a wee bit because in the beginning of using just the Copper Fit Socks in the shoes was magical to my extremely aching feet, but once the shoes broke in I was suffering once again with the extreme burning 🔥 in the soles of my feet . So I am now a few days in using the socks, the arch supports, and the sneakers 👟 I chose in the Army Green with orange stripes. I see they offer a sneaker 👟 particularly for Facitic feet, but not finding them to be as nice looking of a shoe I plan to continue with the combination of the three worn together and go nude with the feet at night as I sleep to give my feet a total break. Knowing just how miserable feet can make those of us who suffer hurt to the point 👉 of suicide and or murder I truly hope that my feedback can help others find some good comfort for their feet as I know I appreciate others who leave detaed information about products. ( support, pain, comfort)Well I got mixed up and typed out a very nice review in the wrong box due to the fact that I wanted to give a graphic feedback to try and help others and the lousy system allowed me to type it all out before turning red telling me that only a certain amount of characters are allowed. So something about this sucks on someones part . However in a short summary of my opinion goes like this. These are well worth the money to anyone with neuropathy and or diabetic feet . I also recommend the copper fit socks to help reduce swelling in the ankles and feet. And if you have problems with finding shoes with a wide toe box and or you have high arches you should look up the FitVille shoe store here on Amazon. The shoes are not cheap and with only a week of owning my very first pair of FitVille sneakers I will never buy another pair of anyones sneakers. At the price of 110.00 a pair I already have 2 more pairs picked out because they are the most comfortable shoes to ever grace my feet. Due to being affected by planters facidouse I find that wearing the shoes and only the copper fit socks to keep my feet more comfortable than even sitting still in my sock feet. I only wish I had found the whole combination years ago instead of spending really big money having custom made insoles. I also very much recommend reading the ads and feedback from others before you make any decisions or make yourself appear less intelligent and or lazy. I always find that you usually find all that you want or need to know in doing so.

Second update: I love the updated Version of these arches, but there is one major problem. the Velcro breaks down after very little use and then detaches. This causes the arch to loosen up, not allowing the proper pressure for my foot on the arch. I wore the arches pretty much all day about 6 or 7 times, and the Velcro will no longer stay attached. the maker of these arches needs to either use a stronger Velcro or find a different fabric for the Velcro to attach to. If the manufacturer could fix this issue I would confidently say these are the best arch supports I’ve found so far!! I’ve tried so many different types at this point, and these truly do work the best because of the built in arch for support. I get so much relief that I can wear these for a full day or two and then not have to put them back on for about a week or two. Please fix the Velcro issue!!! UPDATE: I had to order another pair of these because the Velcro was starting to wear down on my older ones. They’ve actually updated the material used where the Velcro attaches. They added a spandex type material that wraps around any shape foot and stays as tight as you prefer. I’m a huge fan of the improvements made! Not only are they easier to put on, but so far with daily use they don’t seem like they’ll break down as fast either. If you have an older pair of these, I would definitely suggest upgrading to the newer ones!!I have tried countless products for my fallen arch pain. Most of the products I found either didn’t last long or just didn’t work at all. These actually have a built in arch so they don’t stretch out or break down like most of the other options available. These instantly take the pain away in my arch and heels as soon as I put them on. Definitely recommend for others suffering with fallen arch.
