I had a little trouble placing them correctly, but the glue stays very, very sticky so it didn't matter how many tries it took. Once properly inserted, these arch supports are the best I have ever had. They truly support the arch and once they are in, they are in. Only thing to consider is that it makes the shoe a little more snug, which I don't mind because I have narrow feet. I have just purchased a second set for another shoe. I went with clear so they aren't noticeable.

These Arch Support Inserts are quite lightweight and have a moderate thickness. I placed them on the arch of my shoes, and they stay in place without moving. They can be used with almost any type of shoes and provide great support for my arches. Wearing them with high heels all day has significantly reduced my fatigue and feel much more comfortable with them. I just bought another pair for my other shoes.

They helped my a lot . I had put them under the insole of the shoe because the adhesive eventually wears out . They are comfortable. I will probably buy arc support again.

So helpful inside shoe for my arch support. Broke ankle some years ago & flat shoes are not comfortable without some type of support, these enabled me to wear a flat pair of shoes.

These arch support insoles have soothed my foot pain so much. I have flat feet, so after standing a lot during the day, I feel pain near my heel and arch. These really support my feet the way I've been looking for. The high arch option fits my feet great, and I feel comfortable wearing them. I am impressed with how well these inserts work across different types of shoes. I have tried them in my sneakers, flats, and even a pair of high heels, and they have performed consistently well. The gel cushioning is soft yet firm enough to provide support without feeling uncomfortable. I can walk for hours without the usual discomfort I used to experience.
