AMAZING! I needed to wear more dressy shoes for work but didn’t want to buy new shoes to get arch support. These work great!!! Within a short amount of time, I can tell the difference that they are helping me!I would recommend once you apply to wear your shoes for a few minutes just to use your body weight to fully adhere them.

These work GREAT! Easy to use, the different color options make them invisible when worn with sandals. The only issue I've had is that they stop sticking to my tennis shoes after a week or two. I am planning on buying more since they have kept me from having to use a surgical boot (which was my drs next orders if these didn't work).

These caused foot injury after a few months because they prevent your foot from moving and stretching the way that it should, so your foot is moving in unusual ways that cause muscle injury after time.I thought these arch supports were the answer to my plantar fasciitis. They relieved the pain at first, so I put them in all my shoes. But after six months, I started feeling pain on top of my foot. I had to limit walking and skip my weekly dance classes. Turns out, the supports prevent proper foot movement and even tilted my foot, causing injury over time. It took another six months to recover. If you don’t walk much, they might be fine, but I wouldn’t take the risk again.

I highly recommend these inserts. I can wear them in sandals and shoes alike. If I am interchanging them or they get dirty, they are easily hand washed and dried. Just as sticky after a clean 👍🏻The arch support is brilliant! I have found being on my feet at work so much easier now that I have these 😊

These are a great idea for those with flat feet but it feels werid with the first couple uses. It also can be tricky to get in the right place in your show

I am able to put this in all of my shoes to include open sandals. I also like that they are clear and aren't obvious in shoes. They are very comfortable and do they job as expected. The provide good support and keep my feet from hurting when wearing shoes with no support. The only downside is that they do get dirty and need to be replaced. I have tried washing them and letting them dry but they don't stick quite as well. However, they work long enough. I don't mind replacing them when they wear out.

I’ve been using these inserts for years now. I cannot say enough about their perfect size (for me) and durability. I have moved the gummy ones into four different pairs of tennis shoes. The stickiness may have worn off, but they still stay in place under the insole. I appreciate that I can position them in the shoe where I need them. They offer the right amount of arch support for my women’s size 9 wide foot. My only request is that they could be purchased separately. I only need an arch support for my left foot. I don’t know what to do with all of these right foot supports.

Plantar fasciitis is a pain, literally, but also financially as you have to buy specialized shoes with arch support. I spent a fortune on a pair of Oofos which wrecked my weak ankles and didn't work for my PF. I then bought a pair of Hoka sneakers which ripped my toes and heels apart and made my feet even more uncomfortable...just what I didn't need on top of PF. I found these inserts while looking for another pair of expensive shoes and thought it was worth a shot paying $15 to trial them in my comfortable worn in Skechers sneakers and flip flops. $15 for multiple pairs of comfy shoes or $150 for 1 unknown expensive pair of shoes? They arrived quickly and I tried them in a pair of flip flops immediately. Luckily I could lightly stick them in place and unpeel again quickly to work out exactly where they should be placed. Once I got it right I wore my flip flops for the rest of the day and when I took them off the insert was tightly stuck in, my weight had stuck them solid. So I tried them in a pair of Skechers sneakers and they were not as sticky with the memory foam insoles but I wore them all day again and they did eventually stick solid. I've been wearing the inserts in 2 pairs of flip flops and 1 pair of sneakers for a week and they are all still in place and giving me relief from PF. The gel arch is still firm. How long it will last is going to be interesting, especially since I live in a hot humid climate which is not friendly to gel or plastics.The only downsides I can find are that fluff and sand stick to the rim of them on my flip flops so I have to pick it off after wearing which is no big deal if it means I can wear my comfy flip flops. The inserts also do rub a little on my arch after a day wearing them in humidity but everything rubs in humidity!Whether they last 6 months or not I will still buy another set of these so I can continue to wear my worn in comfy old shoes instead of buying expensive uncomfy new ones.
