They didn't work for me. They were too painful to wear. I'm not saying the product doesn't work, I'm just saying they did not work for me.

I’ve tried lots of different inserts for arch support and plantar fasciitis relief, and none of them are comfortable to walk on when you first get them. These Ashoesert inserts are no exception. They are made well, fit well, and are plenty comfortable when not walking, but are very distracting when you first start using them. I think that is the nature of the beast, it can’t do what it is supposed to do without altering the way your foot contacts the floor. Also, partially this is breaking them in, so they conform to your own foot contours better, and part of it is your brain not liking stuff in your shoes. The brain, however, is trainable. I’ve gotten used to similar feeling inserts before. It took a week, but I no longer notice them walking around the house. The jury is still out on helping with the pain—that is so subjective, and it is rather hard to do blind A-B testing on something like this. Anecdotally, I think they are helping, at least enough I have not been kept up by the pain in a while. Anyway, they are not terribly expensive, so may be worth a try for you.

These braces provide immediate support and instant relief. I think these are the best supports for my feet and arches. They are so comfortable I sleep in them. I no longer hobble to the bathroom at night, great gift idea for someone that suffers from fallen arches and need arch support.
