I have a number of foot issues and these really feel very comfortable and give some added support. I have three pair so that I can rotate wearing them. I bought them on January 7th and here it is February 19 and yesterday I noticed a big hole where the seam is sewed together. They give you a 30 day return from the day you bought them.....not the day you receive them...hmm. So I have had them a couple of weeks past their return date and here is a big hole. Sewing the hole closed would leave a ridge that I'm sure would not be very comfortable. If not for the hole happening this quickly, I would give them five stars, but because of only a 30 day return, which really isn't really 30 days and the quickly forming hole, I will only give them three stars.

The support feels really good. Durability will last a long time. Value was reasonable. Compression gives a snug feeling. The effectiveness is good.

They start to slip after wearing for week or so. Not sure if they can be put in dryer

Can't walk a block without it on my right foot; can walk over a mile with it. If I also use it on my left foot at the same time, I can walk all day.

Lately I have been doing quite a bit more walking and cycling than I am used to and I noticed I started developing pain in the arch/heel of my feet. My workout shoes are good quality with insoles, but maybe my form was off a little or it was just the big change in my routine. Downside is these aren’t easy to fit into shoes, but I wore them with socks inside the house and also to bed and after a few days pain level is now barely noticeable.

These really do help, especially wearing less supportive shoes. The supports are comfortable and don’t make you feel like you have anything extra on the bottom of your foot. They are snug but not tight and don’t make marks on your feet which was a pleasant surprise.
