Love the size of these in the thickness or I should say how thin they are yet very supportive. Iโm using them under the liner of all my sneakers. So much better than the gel pads cost efficient. Iโm buying 10 pairs, more! Very satisfied

Very comfortable and supportive for my tarsal tunnel syndrome. My socks stick to the insoles when I put them on and it takes a few tries to straighten socks. Otherwise a great product.

Wasn't for me, and do not recommend. The product is strictly plastic, with no cushioning on its own. I can see how it would support the foot's arch, but unless your shoe has its own cushioning, this might hurt more than help.

Purchased these 3/4 arch supports in my suggested size. I have high arches and custom inserts, which cost a fortune, but they only fit in shoes made for Frankenstein. I have purchased dozens of similar products over the years. Some are ok until they break down. Others make my shoes too tight. Still others require three to obtain any arch support at all. While I personally would love these to be a bit higher in the arch - I know I am likely an exception. That said, these are marvelous. Perfection really. These fit in all my shoes/boots, provide stable support, cannot be felt under foot, are easy to remove, are easy to clean, do not damage my footwear, do not change the size of my footwear, and do not slip around during use. I did not need the double stick provided. Excellent item. Thank you!

Very comfortable, wore them all day. Slim, firm and easy to wear in any shoe. Great arch support and pain relief. Highly recommend.

Pretty good :) lightweight and supportive enough to fit in my regular every day shoes. Theyโre not soft, not hard, but they are flexible enough for the arch support needed for a few different issues. Three of us in the house tried them for different reasons and we all are using them with some relief of foot pain, plantar fasciitis and just needed minimal arch support some flat shoes. Honestly, with our feet, that never happens!! So yes, the price is right and the support is there. I can definitely recommend giving it a shot.Oh however, I would gauge the menโs size as one fits all I ordered the female size which seem to be for childrenโs feet to me and I wear a size 7. I guess if your feet run narrow, that would be possibly fit.Good luck and I hope the company doesnโt change much about this item. Thanks!

These might finally be the ones that are working for me. Not too hard arch support fits my narrow high arch feet. Been looking for something for a while so I can finally be pain free. Even custom orthotics that's I paid $525 for didn't help. I have also tried approx 30+ insoles and nothing has helped. If not, made it worse. Now everyone feet are different so it may not make you as happy as these have made me.Feet issues I have:Extremely narrowSesamoid bone painHigh arches, 25mm -30mmEversion stance causing tendon painHeel painOnly con I have is it does slide in your shoe a bit because it's not full length so I have to hold it while putting my foot in my shoe.I just bought 3 more pairs!

These feel great on my feetโI got them for a new pair of boots that was really uncomfortable due to lack of arch support, and these have quickly turned them into my most comfortable shoes. I'm generally a shoe size 8 or 9 and the large fits great. The only issue is that since they don't go all the way to the toe, they tend to slide forward in my boots when I take them off and put them on. They stay fine once my feet are in, but getting the boots on without moving these can be a challenge. I'm going to get something to stick them down, but it might be an issue if you want to move them between pairs of shoes.
