This is exactly the product I need. I had the same type of foot sleeve for planter fasciitis a couple years ago and it works. These however were really tight and seem to cut the circulation to my pinky toe. I wrapped them around a can of green beans to stretch them. It was a little better but still kind of tight. I wear a show size 9 in women’s so my feet are not overly large. I think these would work best for someone with narrow or small feet. I loved that they came in beige and black so I can wear different color shoes and they aren’t that noticeable. They still helped my foot pain but it took longer because I couldn’t wear them for more than a few minutes.

The support pad hits weird on my foot and hurts to walk on.

I bought this along with 2 other foot wrap/supports. I’ve been having pain on the top of my foot when I walk and the walking boot caused my back to flair up. I got these hoping they would provide compression and the gel pad would be cushioning. They aren’t very compression-y and the left one kept rolling up towards the middle of my foot. The gel cushion is very uncomfortable to walk on, both without shoes and with.

I bought these to replace 1 that I had lost, and needed 2 to not walk lop-sided. These are great for walking around the house barefoot. I haven't tried them IN shoes yet, as I have arch-supporting insoles in the shoes I wear, but I'm sure they'd be great in shoes too! I just got tired of not walking around my house without shoes on.

LIKE! I have pre dislocation of foot, a common condition of older people, especially women. Causes are going barefoot, wearing high heels for long periods of time, and no support sandals. Went through Physical Therapy and a medical support insert. But these soft but supportive pull-on supports are comfortable and have been the most effective in controlling the pain.

I recently had bunion surgery. I am now able to wear certain shoes but the top of my foot where the incisions are is still very tender when I wear shoes. This was just the perfect thing to protect the top of my foot and give me arch support as well. It has allowed me to wear shoes I wouldn’t be able to wear otherwise.

I currently have a mildly "pulled" or "torn" arch, so unless very supported, my arches burn and I get swelling, vicious circle, right. This little addition to the arches in my shoes helps immensely. I also put them on under sock when I wear slippers, crocks, etc for the same reason, support. I find I get the best support if I pair these with an elastic ankle sleeve, i.e., put on sleeve, then these, then socks (one or two pair depending on thickness) then shoe of choice. Enjoy! (sometimes I wear two at a time per foot, so make sure you order enough)
