My podiatrist recommended these specifically for the ball of foot pain in my left foot. I use them in all my shoes, from office shoes, to workout shoes, to daily walking shoes. They stick really well in place, but because of this make sure you're affixing them exactly where you need them to be the first time, because there are no do-overs! Once they're stuck on, they're stuck on. Watch or read a tutorial to get them just right beforehand. These are a must for pain relief whenever I get new shoes.

I put these great metatarsal pads in my court shoes. In my weekly Ping Pong game, I used to only be able to play for an hour because then the soles of my feet hurt. But once these great pads were in place, I can play longer. I also bought another pair for my regular daily walking shoes.

These pads don’t work for the arches and metatarsal areas at the same time. They made my feet hurt because of not covering the arches or the metatarsal areas either way. Also, the pads are too thick.

I’ve had progressively worse metatarsals to the point of being out of options! Found these and finally some relief. I aso recommend putting under the shoe pads. Fitting them is tricky like that but it works. And they are expensive and yes I’m going to have to buy in bulk! Worth every penny because I can walk without constant pain.

Worked for me. Experiences numbing of foot, especially forefoot, using machines at the gym, such as stairmaster and elliptical. These inserts stopped the numbness completely. They are not comfortable, however, and take some getting used to. Mine conformed better to my foot after a couple of weeks usage. A good trade-off for me.
