These Joy Arch Support 3/4 Length Insoles for Flip Flops are a Great IDEA but stop short of being great for several reasons. First, the Tape, a really important component to keeping an insole in place especially on a flip flop!? They've only placed a tiny 1 inch strip near the toe post. Why bother? This could be great insole if the entire bottom surface area had adhesive. Another a big "miss" is the total lack of any heel cushion? there's just this tapered sliver that doesn't support your heel at all and is more irritating than helpful. I DO NOT recommend these Clear, Flip Flop inserts for the reasons I've stated.

I loved the first 3 pairs I got, but when I ordered this week, the pair I got are much longer & there is not nearly as much arch support. The arch support is reduced by about half, and it no longer hits at the arch (it hits at the heel now). Very unimpressed with this redesigned product.

it is very heavy. The toe section is not long enough for the toes to be in position so the toes fall off it and do not get any support

I bought sandals online and when they came I knew I would have to get something to pad the ball of my feet in order to wear them for extended periods of time. But because the sandals are strappy, I wanted an insert that would not be noticeable. These fit the bill perfectly. They are not full sole inserts. I was able to walk around outside for 3 hours in 93 degree weather on uneven surfaces and the insole didn’t budge. And I was comfortable.One thing I did to make sure it was in the right place - put it in without removing the backing. Step into the sandal to get the placement so that the arch was in a comfortable place. Then I put a light pencil mark where I wanted the edge to line up. Then I put the part that goes around the thong portion and peeled the backing off lining it up with the pencil edge. This doesn’t seem like it would be movable once it is stuck down.While these are a bit pricey, I could find anything like it in the store. If I get any other strappy, flat sandals, I will definitely buy these again.

The product does not transfer from one shoe to the next. Once its in the shoe that's it. I supposed that's okay since each shoe should have it's own inserts. They feel weird at first. There is less pressure on my heels and arch. They also make wearing your sandal feel tighter between the toes. Its a good product. Thanks for helping those who are on their feet often and like having their toes out in the open.

My foot is too big for Rory Burch 9.5 Miller sandals. So I have to order a 10 but then the size 10 is slightly too big. These flip flop protectors work great. I have ordered many of them. They stick great. My foot slips less, they do not make my feet smell and gives just enough thickness to make my shoes feel custom made and the perfect size. I have a shoe obsession and this is my go to flip flop insert and the only brand I order for them. I have tried other brands but keep coming back to these. It does not ruin your shoe either!

These worked so well in my sandals! The only thing negative is that by end of the day the outside of my foot was a little sore from the edge of the arches. But that will not be a deterrent to wearing these so I can still wear my sandals.

These adhesive pads fit beautifully in my thong sandals. I've purchased a couple of higher priced thong sandals that really don't provide any cushion, which is horrible for arthritic feet. These give me padding and some arch support. My feet don't hurt now and that's worth every penny! The arches could be a bit higher for me, as I have high arches, but they really do make my shoes so much more comfortable. You can't see them either. So far, they have stayed in place with the adhesive backing that sticks the entire piece in your shoe. I stuck the toe part on first and then just peeled the backing off to lay the rest of the pad. I will buy these again!
