The dispenser heats the water really well but the spigot quit working after nine months. I have a warranty (Asurion) which is ridiculous as they are having me wrap, box, and return the item via UPS. Then I'll get a gift card to purchase another dispenser. At least the return is pre-paid; however, such an inconvenience because who has a box this big? I'm not certain I will repurchase this brand and will most likely not purchase a warranty from Asurion again.

Great size; keeps water very hot and has a great yom tov setting for refilling. The spout doesn’t leak and is much easier to use than the type you have to manually push to dispense.

You cannot find 40+ cup capacity for that price anywhere else. I have used this Hot Water Boiler for three parties already. Easy to use, boiling water very fast. Easy to operate and clean. Strongly recommend.
