On the install instructions:1st, one of those fittings (the push to connect one) that go on the inlet side to the tank is useless. Not sure what it's for.The other line to the faucet that is labelled to go from a filter, why don't they say you need a 1/4" plastic line? And why don't they supply one? Sure they say you need a buy separately a compression fit coupler for plastic, but they don't suggest what size.To go from say, a AO Smith filter, you need a 1/4" to 3/8" adapter.Such as the SharkBite Push to Connect 3/8 in. PTC X 1/4 in. D PTC Polypropylene Coupling. After getting it installed, and fixing the faucet-->inlet fitting (wasn't tight from the factory so it leaked; had to take it apart and use teflon tape on the threads), seems to work ok.A little bit of a delay (2-3) from any hot water coming out. They should have designed it with some kind of internal or supply an external hot-water-capable check valve or something to it's more "instant."
