This works pretty well. Wish it was not in Celsius and the setting to change water temp could be a bit easier. Took awhile to figure out. But it works well.

So for the volume it heats the water quickly. 17 minutes for 8L is very quick. Its a true commercial unit and functions exactly as you would expect.

This is a truly commercial water boiler. You have to have an external water supply to use it. Cleaning it is easy. , the spigot doesn’t leak. The water capacity is pretty high too.

This is exactly what we were looking for. My friend is opening a pop up restaurant and this will be useful. Excellent quality materials. Beautiful stainless. Easy to use,and clean. Perfect size. The heat is adjustable,and the water tastes good. I feel I got a pretty good value on this.

This works wonderfully well to provide instant very hot water for teas and other hot drinks in our kitchen area, so people can simply and quickly make their beverages or even cup-a-soups and hot chocolates. With the digital read out and the multiple ways to set it they can get just what they want when they want it.

I initially loved the Moonshan Hot Water Dispenser's fast heating and large capacity, but it started leaking after only 10 months. Sadly, I couldn't find any manufacturer contact info to resolve this. While it works well at first, the durability and lack of support are disappointing. Future buyers, beware if you need long-term reliability.
