Don’t purchase this unit. I’ve been through two units in several years. The last unit I installed lasted only 15 months. Apparently there is a known defect. Very expensive unit (almost $700 USD) for being so unreliable.

The first lasted 2years, second lasted six months, third lasted less than a month. Terrible.

We have had this unit serviced twice since it was installed a couple of weeks ago. Today, the faucet began spewing steam and hot boiling water. The Power off button did not work and the unit, though off, continued to overheat and spout water and steam. The plug, nearly inaccessible, was the only way to cut power. A call to tech support showed that ROHL KNOWS THEY HAVE DEFECTIVE UNITS AND SHIPS THEM ANYWAY. This is a serious accident and lawsuit waiting to happen. Steer clear.

First unit stopped working in a few months. Second unit also stopped in a few months. I’m not installing the third replacement.

it stopped working in 3 months. It is not accepting any temperature setting.
