We had a power outage and this think warmed un in 2 hours. Things in our refrigerator freezer were still frozen. Everything in this was completely thawed. It also runs often (same issue, no tight seal) and is not very quiet like advertised. No I am being told I have to pay for return shipping. What a waste of time and money. EDIT: Seller issued refund. Good seller in the end.

When I recieved the freezer the lid had a sizeabke dent in it. It was disappointing but I will say the seller was quick to respomd and gave me a partial refund for the damaged lid. In my situation the freezer is in a storage room so I was ok with the refund but they did offer to replace the unit. The freezer size is perfect for my needs and it is really quiet when running, so much so that I was cocerned it wasnt working. It works great and has a digitakl display for the temp settings and most others don't offer this. This is a good value for the price and just gave me that bit more freezer storage I needed without breaking the bank.

I ordered this product because I like to freeze meats in order to save money over time. However, I have always been limited on freezer space so I ordered this to fit my needs. It is the perfect size for an apartment lifestyle. I like the quality, it is not loud (good noise level), and freezes very well. I liked the value, as I thought it was a fair price. I have owned this product for about half a year now, and I feel confident in the disability of the product.

This little freezer is exactly what I needed. It fits into the space I had available and is able to store all of the extra food items I need. I've had several people comment that this would be perfect for their small spaces too. I would recommend this for any single person or couple as an extension to their current refrigerator/freezer unit. Not really large enough for a family.

Mine arrived in perfect condition and has worked flawlessly for a couple weeks. The temperature inside is cooler than what the gage says, but I use a separate freezer gage to measure. All good!The only thing I don't like is how small it is. Definitely false advertising, but it's okay for now. I'll choose differently if ever I buy again, but I'm happy the freezer at least works.The noise level is a soft purr and needed nothing to be set up. I'm happy I went with this freezer vs. other ones. I just pray it lasts!

I like the way it freezes. It's very good for that. I thought it was bigger (thought it was 4 cu. ft., but it's only 3.5). The black finish matches our refrigerator and our stove. When we unpacked it, I found it was scratched on the lid as well as the front. Not happy about that, but I need it now and do not intend to return it for aesthetics.
