The freezer is running. The problem is it arrived with 2 dents, on the front of the freezer. The top of freezer has several scratches. It was packaged well, I think it was damaged before it was shipped.

It’s a good product. Used for long term winter food Storage. Fits fair amount of material and product. Disappointing there was 100$ shipping fee and came scratched bumped dented and damaged but it is what it is and it’s still functional so I personally don’t care for the looks but wife did. Good item fairly priced aside from shipping fee. Overall I like it.

I purchased this freezer and it fit great and tookvery little time to get to freezer temps. It workedfine for a few weeks then it started making a lotof noise so I opened the lid and found it was notvery cold. I unplugged it and turned the tempdown and then back up to max and it startedgetting freezer cold again. I checked it over thenext week and there were times when it wascold and then a day or two later it had warmedup again.I sent the seller a message telling them my situationand they got back to me in just a few minutes andassured me a refund or a replacement would bemade available anytime. I like the freezer so Iopted for a replacement and within three daysI had my replacement freezer and it is workinggreat.On the first freezer I noticed that the peg on theleft front was missing and whatever caused thepeg to come off may have damaged the coolingmechanism. I'm happy with the replacement andI am very happy with the customer service teamand their prompt action to resolve my problem.

I bought this because I needed a smaller freezer for my walk in pantry. I was worried at first that it was going to be too small, but it works perfect and has more room inside than I originally thought.

Item is as described. Fit perfect in the small space I had available to put the freezer. Very good for apartments with a small fridge freezer.
