My first one lasted 4 years. A refrigerant pipe rusted through and leaked out (see image). I might be able to get this one to last longer if I can protect that pipe. I'll check it every time I defrost. This freezer is awesome in the garage.

This chest freezer arrived with the ground (third) prong broken off the power cord. After much hassle with the manufacturer, they said they were out of stock on power cords and that I should contact Amazon to return the chest freezer that had already been unboxed and would be a huge hassle to return. I suspect the manufacturer knows this and just refused to help. This was after making me jump through numerous hoops to get them information they surely already had because I filed my complaint about the cord through Amazon and the online product receipt page. Terrible customer service!

Great freezer. Exactly what I was looking for. Great communication and delivery from seller. Gets REALLY cold. Great capacity. My only complaints are that the trim doesn’t match the Premium Refrigerator as you can see in my pictures. The models should match. The other minor complaint is the sticker on the top needs to be either static or have a different adhesive for easy removal without residue.

This is so far a great chest freezer in our garage. Looks expensive (well, it kinda is), seems very high quality and sturdily built, fairly quiet, and is big enough to easily hold 650 lbs of beef from a half cow we bought this winter (which I highly recommend, as inflation is going to blow up meat prices since our socialist masters hate meat). I do get a significant amount of condensation on the lower part of the sliding glass tops, but only when it's somewhat humid outside. I easily recommend this freezer regardless.

Our favorite is just being able to see everything in the freezer! I wish the doors slid closed by themselves and because every now & then a child in a hurry forgets to slide it closed, but otherwise a great deep freeze!It came with a dent in the front but they took care of us! Great company to work with!
