Really happy with the unit I received. I saw several other reviews reporting damaged shipments, however mine arrived pristine. The freezer is very quiet, the only noise is the occasional click when the freezer is adjusting temperature. Happy with my purchase, the only question is longevity of the unit.

This is the first freezer I have ever bought, so my knowledge is...limited I guess. What I can say with certainty based on my own experience is that overall it exactly what I wanted. It's a good size, it is big enough to store what I wanted to store and small enough I can move it around alone, the price is right, it doesn't hike my electricity bill, the temperature control doesn't give me any problems...It's only been about a year so I can't speak to how long it will last, just that it still works perfectly. The only thing I can even say about this is that even slightly negative is that it came slightly dented, but I think that just gives it character...actually now that I think about it, the freezer came earlier than expected too so...yeah good product, and so far worth the money.

Worthless freezer. It would shut off randomly and items would defrost. DO NOT TRUST THIS MIDEA COMPANY! When returning Amazon recommends contacting the manufacturer. Why is a choice even given? Contacting the manufacturer is a mistake. Returning this item turned into an absolute nightmare and my mom got conned out of her money. She has never gotten a refund and has a $300 worthless freezer taking up space. They say the return window has closed. She pays for that stupid prime membership for some reason and this is how she gets treated. Absurd. She said the whole process stressed her out until she gave up. They kept wanting more pictures and they kept dragging their feet until she decided to try to get try to get the refund through the seller but amazon says the return window has closed. Amazon has done nothing to make this right.

The freezer works great but was dented all over when I got it. The lid was dented on the edge, the side had a hug dent in it and the back was dented but it is a porch freezer and still worked so I wasn't really concerned with the cosmetics of it. If you don't mind the looks of it , then good buy !
