I ordered this unit because of its price and digital temperature display. Unfortunately, it arrived with a big dent on the top due to mishandling during shipping. I reached out to the company to see if I could get a replacement top/lid, and they immediately arranged for the delivery of a new unit. The communication and support on this has been great!Overall, I am very happy with the look and build quality of the freezer. It's quiet, keeps consistent temperature, and hasn't given me any issues.
