I bought these because I bought many many of these before so I went and I got another phone and I placed this order and I was all excited but this once you turn it on to charge your phone it doesn’t wanna turn off and that’s ridiculous. I had to literally take it off my phone to turn it off. It defeats the purpose. I don’t want it. I’m thinking of returning it.

I got this in July 2024 and so far it has worked exactly like the description said it would. Key things to note:1. I charged the battery pack before I put it on my phone.2. When sliding the phone into the case you have to really press down on the top part of the case edge some you minimize the angle of the slide and the amount of pressure on the connector.3. You have to double click the charging button on the case to turn it off. It’s not prominently mentioned in the instructions. I initially rebooted my phone when it got 100% recharge from the battery pack. Then I figured it out.4. Since putting my phone in the case I have not taken it out.5. The rear cut out around the lenses is larger than needed for an iPhone 13. You have 7mm strip along two edges where the phone is a bit exposed.6. The raised edges take a little getting used to as they catch your fingers a little but do a great job of shielding the edge of the screen .Would I buy another? Yes, I just bought one for my wife’s phone.

The case cherges well, does its job as it should and completes the job nicely. I’m hitting my 2 month mark soon andit’s being defective soon, i think its how you slide your phone in, need to be careful. Its starting to charge, stop and charge again idk what to do.Good case, just no longevity
