Returning it after 3 days .. I charged the battery case over night and inserted my wifes phone later that morning. about mid-day she said her battery was low, so I told her push the button to charge it from the battery case she said the lights lit up on the back so she put it down to charge while she got her nails done.. 2 hours later no charge but 20% less battery than before I have also read complaints about these cases on the eBay site too so it's a common thing.

Case is heavy for one Good for charging and protection but bad for your phone socket, now my wired headphones don’t work anymore can only use AirPods (I bought 2 pairs just incase it was the headphones)

LOVE IT I am very busy during the day and have to use my phone for work and it is constantly going dead. Since having this product I have not had a problem with my phone going dead!!!! I even showed a friend of mine and she ordered her one and she too loves hers!!!!!

I JUST got this in the mail less than 36 hours ago. On day one it was already making me nervous because it turned itself on and off a few times. Last night, I plugged my phone in like I usually do and it charged overnight. Today, I needed to charge my phone and went to turn it on and nothing happened. The LED lights on the back will turn on, but my phone will not charge in the case, even when plugged in. It's not my phone, because when I take it out of the case, it charges just fine. Really pissed that it took less than 36 hours for it to give out on me.

Does its job really well and holds a charge all day! I'd give it 5 stars BUT NOT CHARGING CABLE FITS....in fact a lot of them won't stay in the slot for charging. It's something you have to constantly be aware of or you wake up with a dead phone and dead external battery
