I purchased battery bank and it wouldn't work out of the box. So I contacted customer service and got a replacement, and the replacement battery bank wouldn't charge. Do not buy!!! Its a complete waste of money would not recommend. I'm completely disappointed in my purchase.

As much as I love this battery case charger, where I even had other coworkers order them too. We don’t have to be attached to a wall anymore! I can pull a double shift and it still keeps on going! The only issue I have is that after awhile, the top of the case wasn’t sitting snug to my phone like it did when I first put in on. As you can see, I’ve had to zip tie it just so it would stay put and not be pushing the buttons on the side. Wanna know what if there’s a replacement program where I can replace it instead of buying a new one since this battery still works.

plug in battery case while connected to phone.. does not always charge the phone.. there seems to be no magic trick to make it work, so I have to constantly take the two apart. and charge them seperatly.. not sure what the secret is.. but its not what I expected.. plug it in charge both battery and iphone? sometimes, sometimes not.

I would say these are value for money because it means you can go another day or two without charging your phone. It is on the bulky side but it is handy. I didn’t realise there was a screen protector included but it is a pretty decent one, it’s either made with glass or really strong plastic.

Dubbele batterijduur en dat terwijl je maar 1 toestel bij hebt.Wel vrij zwaar, maar wij rijden met een bestelwagen en de telefoon zelf is dan zeer goed beschermd door de hoes, want als hij uit de broekzak van mijn man valt beschermd de hoes de telefoon zeer goed.Een aanrader voor mannen waarbij dit ook “al eens” gebeurt.🤩

Recharges my iPhone 2.5 times before I need to charge the whole thing. The battery turns itself off when iPhone gets fully charged. Too bad it doesn’t turn itself on when the iPhone is out of charge. It is helping me not to plug my iPhone twice a day. Charging at night time now.

I am pleased with this battery charger and how it works. Took me a while to figure out that when Icharge my phone with the battery pack on it, both the charger and the phone charge.So, it does take a while to charge but, my apple phone was lasting 3 hours at best, and I didn't want to buy a new phone and this thing works. Very happy. FYI it's a bit heavy but who cares. .. it works...
