These would be perfect if the piece that goes under your foot was not padded. It is too narrow to be under the entire heel and it drove my daughter up the walls. If that piece were flat it would be much more comfortable.

I tried these in my docs and my heel still slips. It also doesn’t hold: they tend to one unstuck and curl down when I put my heel in the shoe.

Bought these as my wellies were a bit big. Did the job but could do with stronger glue to hold them in place - I've started using a shoe horn to put my boots on, which stops them coming unstuck as I put my foot in. Made the boots far more comfortable though.

For some reason, I always destroy the back support on shoes. (And I do wear the correct sized shoe). I bought these and they are working great. Very strong glue and I like that it has the lower portion of padding. It is very easy to install the pads. It adds a lot of support to the back of the shoe and prevents sores and chafing of your heel. I bought the 2 pack.

Well I used to buy cheap ones from temu but they would only last about 1 or 2 walks, the glue wouldn't stay stuck or the material would just rub away.These on the other hand have far superior glue as they stuck and have stayed stuck!! Material looks brand new after a week of use. So once again I guess you get what you pay for and I'll stick with these in the future.

I guess I have sharp heels. I always wear out the heel of my boots. I usually use mole skin as a "sacrificial lamb" so my boot heels don't wear out. Finding a material that lasts and doesn't fall off after one day (even if they adhere when applying them, they usually peel off whn putting the boots on) has been challenging. I've had these (one pair) on my boots for three weeks now, and they are still working like a champ (no wear, and still adhering). I'll definitely buy these again.

The padding is not the total best, but I used them in my work boots so there is that. One fear I had as the sticking part coming undone, but never did. Really good for those who shoes heel padding goes first. Just cut the long part and god heel pad replacement.

I’ve had these in my boots for a good bit now and I honestly totally forgot they were even there that’s how comfortable they are. Also easy to put in and haven’t come off in the last two months so good quality.

I'm trying to squeeze a "few more miles" out of my worn off heel cushion tennis shoes, these applied quite alright but for the price, you can't complain or go wrong.I'd like though that they were thicker and larger.The "lip" is great to slip under the insoles and helps a lot to keep them in place - yeah, there is an adhesive layer and for the overall condition of my shoes' insides, it is holding quite alright - it's not been too long yet, but i've been twice to the gym, walked and jogged a little and these thingies are still in place.The package comes with two pairs, so I'll be set for my next pair or shoes.Would recommend, yes.
