LOVE IT!! Luna has so much fun playing fetch with jolybay! It’s a great value and easy to use! It’s also perfect for outdoor and indoor play time! And it’s small so it doesn’t take up space.

My small dog loves this ball launcher and cats too! It’s a great way to keep them active, especially when I’m busy. The remote control makes it super convenient, and the balls are high-quality and easy to clean. A great product for small and medium dogs who love to fetch and and also cats who are obsessed with balls like mine :))

The item works well, but it was supposed to come with balls and mine did not. It also took forever to ship. So we can’t even use it until I order balls that fit.

So excited for this. Love the color and the size of this. The cord is a bit short but I guess it depends on where you want to plug it. There is 3 settings for range. 10ft. 20ft and 30ft. Like how there is an option. One touch button selection so easy to use. Comes with 5 ball. Pop the ball into the machine, it makes a whirling sound and it shoots the ball out to the range you picked. I’m going to see if I can teach my dog to put it in herself. The opening for the ball drop is big enough for them to do that on their own. Looks safe enough. Can’t wait to teach her to play it.

I have a 14 lb long hair mini dachshund and this product stopped working one week after the return window closed. All the lights are blinking and I can't make it work properly now. Complete waste of money. Not durable at all.

I really do love this machine. My Shiba can play fetch for hours it seems, and I get tired easily throwing the ball. It has a high speed for my long hallway, and she really loves it. I give it four stars because sometimes it won't shoot out the ball on the 10 foot setting, but I haven't had that issue with the 20 foot. Still a great toy if you want an easy way to engage with your pup! It is a plug in, but also battery operated, which makes for easy use if you want to take the fun outdoors.
