This is the best toy I've ever bought for our whippet. She absolutely loves it. She shows great anticipation while waiting for the ball to launch. And even the balls are a perfect size and softness (give) to them.

This will take a bit of training time with your pup, but once she's got it she's going to love it. It either takes batteries or needs plugged in, but after that it is easy to use. A ball is dropped in, it settles into the launch spot, and then it is flung out the front. You can set for 3 different distances or one setting that mixes them all up. Really my only complaint with this is that it doesn't take tennis balls. It is designed for slightly smaller balls, which means that once my pup has lost these are chewed them all up, I'm going to have to figure out what size balls it needs, rather than just dipping into my tennis ball box. Other than that, this works just like you'd think and is quite entertaining.

Pros: portable, not loud, not hard to clean, all 3 doxies love it.Cons: uses a lot of battery power.We have used this in house down a hallway and outside. The machine will make a click to load the ball then you hear the motor wind up before the ball launches. After 3 or 4 uses, one of my girls has figured out the timing and how to put the ball in herself. To solve the battery life concern, we ordered rechargeable ones since this is used more outside.Overall, an impressive dog toy that keeps them entertained.

Still trying to get my dog to learn how to put the ball in themselves. However she loves playing with and is always super excited when I load it up. Hours of entertainment. The rubber balls are great too.

The launcher is such a fun toy for my dog. Unfortunately, it gets stuck. The ball gets stuck in the launcher, and I have to some how get it unstuck.

This launcher is awesome. Have a Boston terrier, high energy dog. Before this toy, playing fetch was ok for about 5 throws then he'd get bored and want to be chased for the ball.With this launcher,he can play with it till he can hardly breath,his tongue hanging to the ground,about 30 minutes.It engages him,exercises him,and wears him out!!It's durable, comes with multiple balls,and works with the plug or batteries. It throws the ball on it highest level about 15 yards . I have to hide it ,because if my dog sees it he's gotta play with it!Inside or outside,great toy!

I got this for my dog for her birthday, and she absolutely loves it! I’ve been using it quite frequently, and it’s been working well! We are still working on her, putting the ball in by herself, but she waits by it in anticipation of the ball, shooting out! A good idea is to wipe the ball off every two or three times because it can get slippery and the distance will decline if that’s the case. Once the dog gets the hang of it, it would look like leaving multiple balls out would be a good idea, so as to let the recently used one dry off a little bit. It’s not really a problem, I’m just making people aware of it. Overall, a great purchase!
