Usage Method
Step 1
Prepare track spikes and spike wrench that match the size
Step 2
Place one end of the track spike into the hole in the bottom of the shoe

We use these spikes for our XC team. They hold up well, even over sections of asphalt. They seem to be harder and have a better shoulder on them to protect the surface where the wrench grabs. Some other spikes are softer metal and often require locking pliers to remove them. We will continue to purchase and run these for our team.
