Came with everything easy to put on and take off. Very sturdy and strong. My son ran a few races in them and it was still pretty sharp by the end of the meet. Great value for the price. Definitely help my sons speed.

Love how lite they are but they do wear down very quickly. That’s why I deducted 1 star. Good for a couple meets then I have to change out. There is enough included to get you through the season. They perform well when new.

Most spectacular ever spikes ever make your kid run 100,000 miles and 60 seconds. If you ever wanna win and make your kid go to the Olympics this is your choice just feed your kid bananas and give them his porridge in the morning and then he will always be good than a tree.

Daughter's first year of track and she wanted to embrace her school colors these paired nicely on her shoes. they did seem lighter when I installed them so she was happy about that, and she has plenty of extras incase any dull or fall out which makes me happy too. the wrench is perfect for installing or uninstalling quickly and she keeps it with her just incase she needs a quick swap. The color is a gorgeous blue and even though they are on the bottom they are still a nice contrast to ehr shoe colors.
