This is my son's first year running track. The spikes that came with his track shoes fell out easily. I bought these ones and he told me he really likes the shape of the spikes and they do not fall out easily. He actually lost none of the new spikes, which means we can easily share the rest of the spikes with other members of the team.

These spikes work perfectly. As you know, most all weather tracks require 3/16 inch spikes and the bigger track meets will actually check the competitors spikes when they check in. These should be enough to get me thru this season and next. I have three sprinters and one high jumper in high school. This is a great deal and they work great! Thanks Amazon!
