My daughter has been using these for cross country for a few years. No problem yet. When my son ran his were difficult to get out. I found it to be either we are too tight turning or the shoes were made differently.

They look great, however, they got stuck in the shoe. The wrench got stripped trying to unscrew them. We can't find a tool that will keep a grip on the spike to get them out. Spikes costing under $10 is now going to cost us over $50 in needing new shoes
