I bought these for 3D printer projects. Sometimes it's nice to make spiked feet for better grip on the ice. I made this for my radio antenna feet when I'm operating in the winter and need more grip. One downside is that the threads are #12-32 which shot down my idea of using these with heat-set inserts. No one makes heat-set inserts in #12-32. I did find that these work well straight into PLA with a Ø.190 hole. These will come in very handy for future projects. The wrench is great too. Makes installing the spikes a piece of cake.

These spikes are easy to attach to the running shoes by the wrench provided in the package. Very sturdy and helps with speed and strength!

Quality pyramid spikes (48 ct.) at a very affordable price. It's nice to have a good stock of replacement running spikes for track and field events. Costs more at the local shops, which typically sell 12-14 count grey rather than gold or black. We also received one spike wrench. I'm really glad we got these.

I ran track in the 90s. Spikes were hard to come by and so we had to rotate our spikes to get the most use out of them before having to buy new ones. Back then, spikes were sold in sets of 4 and 6. They were also expensive. Racing was better with good spikes, and if one was lucky enough, one set of spikes on a pair of racers lasted a season. It was the trainers were we would go through spikes like crazy. Now in 2020s, spikes are available en masse and more than affordable. I almost thought maybe these were going to be of some poor quality, poorly cut, or didn't fit. Surprise, surprise! They fit! They're solid! They are machined to a nice cut. And guess what, there are a LOT in this box. And they have a key (we called it a key, it's a wrench to screw in and tighten your spikes). Now for the wear. My legs have a lot of miles on them. Slow miles, long miles, track miles, and everything in between. That daily springy feeling is hard to come by anymore and finding responsiveness from a shoe usually helps. Well, I happy to report that putting these on made me feel like a kid again. There was spring in my step. My stride length increased. And got around the oval faster than I had in a long while. Maybe there is a bit of a placebo effect to having some nice shiny new thing on my feet to boost my performance. But maybe there is a bit of that magic that comes when slipping on shoes with brand new spikes all the way around.I'm so glad these are easy to come by and I'm so glad that they fit, look good, feel good, and come with the key. This is an awesome buy.

My son runs track and likes to replace his spikes usually weekly. This pack is convenient for him to throw in his bag as it keeps the tool and spikes confined.

My kids run track and Cross Country. These work best for track, as they are 1/4 inch spikes. They go into the track spikes easily and it’s nice that the tool is included. The silver color works just fine and, frankly, they go into the bottom of the shoes so color doesn’t really matter much anyway. The price was very reasonable.Overall, these work, come in a nice box, and come with the tool, all for a reasonable price.
