These are a mix of sizes. Mine are 1/2 “ and 1/4”. This works great for runners in both cross country and track. The 1/2” are great for messier cross country meets where more grip is needed. 1/2” spikes aren’t allowed on all-weather tracks, so the 1/4” come in really handy in track season, as well as the occasional cross country meet with lots of limitations.The two sizes came in different bags and they are very easy to tell apart. These fit well into my teens’ spike shoes. The quality seems normal, meaning that they’ll last from a few meets, maybe up to a season.The tool holds both sizes, which is convenient and well-thought out.

Great the 1/2 inch spikes which are easy to put in/ on the shoes with the supplied wrench. Both lengths fit well and perfect in the running shoes. Use the shorter ones on the track and the long ones off road/track.
