Enough spikes to last a couple of seasons or share with teammates. Always nice to have clean, new, sharp spikes. With this large quantity pack you can change out to new spike as often as you like without spending a fortune.

My boy is in track. One of the joys of having a kid in track is you are guaranteed they will lose their track spikes in the off season. Every year, no exceptions. The few tracks that are left in his shoes from last year will be worn down and there'll be less than half of them there... That's just what happens.This replacement set arrived in 2 days and is exactly what he needed. The fast shipping is great because even though he lost them he didn't tell me until 2 days before the meet... Again, that's standard...The tool works fine to put the spikes in. It came with 50 so that's plenty for what he needs as he does the 100m and 200m so he won't wear them out in a season. It's not like he's doing cross country or the 1600m.No issues, works as advertised. 5 stars

I recently purchased these steel track spikes with a wrench for my cross country running shoes. They are excellent! The spikes are very sharp and durable, and they provide great traction on the track. The wrench is also very handy, and it makes it easy to install and remove the spikes.I have been using these spikes for a few weeks now, and I am very impressed with them. I have noticed a significant improvement in my running times since I started using them. I would highly recommend these spikes to any cross country runner.

The 1/4" spike is a common spike that is allowed for track and field competition, as well as for cross country. Excellent spikes, work in any standard racing flat that takes spikes.

Dull after one race but lots in the pack so no problem to replace. Fit well in my new balance running spikes and shared with teammates and they fit in other brands as well!
