Lol, so apparently MS/HS tracks are very specific about the length of the spikes (3/16"). Not sure why that is, but it's in the rules. And yea, they actually have folks that measure the spikes, so 1/4" will get you riding pine unless. you can change your spikes.Thankfully these come in a nice box and have a good wrench to swap out the spikes on the fly.

These have worked great on slippery XC courses. They screw in easily to the shoes and stay in place. However, these came in a 32 count and running XC shoes have 6 spikes per shoe so it would be nice if they came in a 36 count so that I would have enough. Overall, great product!

These spikes are high school track legal (3/16 is very standard for most rubber tracks). Very easy to install and come with a comfortable grip spike key. Mountain/triangle shape (tends to be more common for distance runners and beginners). Comfortable feel underfoot.
