The knobs were extremely hard to turn (almost broke the handle to turn them). Once it was submerged in water the handles all froze in place. I have tried cleaning, running warm water through it and nothing seems to allow the shut off valves to work. With a pair of vice grips I did get one valve to shut just a little but I was also afraid I would just bust the plastic. So it looks like a good deal and a good idea, but it just doesn't work well.

Wonderful product for basalt column fountains! I find it very easy to adjust, where most found it a little difficult.

It handles water diversion without issue, however 6 months after installation I wanted to adjust the flow. The provided handle would not budge the valves, any of them. I tried a wrench but was afraid I would break the valve off so I stopped. It works fine if you adjust it properly the first time, after that better buy a new valve and adjust it.

I did have two separate valves trying to control water flow in my pond and they were cheap and fell apart often. This device is sturdy and well made. Turning the knobs are a little stiff, but I don't have to do it often so it's no big deal. I like having the option of being able to either shut off my waterfall, the upper pond or the center bubbler or any combination thereof.

ItIt does the job it is designed to do. My only complaint is that the valves are very tight. Even with the red handle it is very hard to turn the valves. Making small adjustments is almost impossible.
