Even thick cushioning in a pair of good shoes won't retain the shape for all10 hours of walking and standing. This gel pad sleeves do last all 10 hours. And does some of the work of compression socks too. My feet and legs are happy. But it will feel like you're trying to walk on jelly, for the first few minutes.

When I say falling arches are no joke... The PAIN, THE PAIN!!! These helped push my arches back in place and pain lessoned in no time. They are comfortable to wear with some of my shoes also

Very good product. Slips on easy. Wore it in my left foot immediately upon arrival. Swelling on foot seemed to go down and pain at arch stopped. It was a little tight on the area close to my ankle. Liked this product

I sent these back. They were super tight on my feet and hurt my arch. Very hard to get on.

These slip over the foot arch supports work great in your shoes. They are comfortable & easy to wear. They fit well in your shoes. I gave it a 4 for pain relief because of other issues in my legs. Not the fault of the insert.

These are terrible. Do not waste your money. The gel is not supportive. They turn all around, even under socks and shoes. I’ve always had to wear arch supports. I wanted to try something lighter at home. These did nothing. I would return but working full time I don’t have the time too. I’m just going to throw them away.

i have plantar fasciitis and finding shoes is difficult. sometimes walking in general is difficult. when i walk or wear shoes i really need like a high arch support so i thought maybe these would provide that. when i tried them on the first thing i did not like was they almost feel like theyre suffocating your feet because theyre so tight. my feet need a little room "to breathe" so that was the first no for me. the second part was when i walked in them with just them on, the support they provided wasnt "evened" out. what i mean is the cushion doesnt move to match your feet and fill in the areas that need support they just stay solid in one area. one might think or say well just move the pad to the area you need support, the problem with that is when you move the pad to the area it kind of "off centers" everything. because of those two downsides it was very uncomfortable wearing with shoes. but that was the case for me and my feet.

I sent back not due to cqualiy of the inserts, I bought for my son who is 40+ years old , he has very flat feet, so I thought this would help, He believes if he was younger they could have help, but at this point his feet are what they are, he could walk with them they hurt is feet so bad, this is not due to the inserts it is only because of his feet.. sorry I wasn't able to keep them.

I’m a cook and spend hours on my feet. For me they don’t completely get rid of the pain but it does help. For me it turned what felt like someone hit me with a hammer on my foot to a dull pain that I feel is like someone they dug in with their knuckle. It helps a lot to get through the day with these things on. You might have to adjust the once in awhile but the do help ease the pain for someone who stands on their feet.
