I ended up ordering two different kinds of anti scratch furniture protectors because my little trouble maker keeps clawing my couches. I wanted the ability to trim specific sizes but also have the ease or pre-made sizes to just peal and stick. Initially I was very happy with the product. It was easy to peal and stick on your couch or furniture. It was clear enough that you only noticed something shiny but then gives off the 1960s put plastic on your couch vibe. I put the scratch protector on about three months ago and wanted to wait to see how they worked before I reviewed. It worked great at first, but last week they started falling off and won't stick anymore. I only put it on once, never removed it to move it, so it is the original sticky. It just doesn't stick for very long.

For me personally and for my cat, these don't work that well to deter my furbaby from scratching on the furniture. It doesn't stick all that well to the furniture and the surface is too shiny so it looks weird on my couch. It works ok as a temporary solution but not long term

I ordered the XUSHASHA Anti Cat Scratch Furniture Protector to keep my sofas from getting clawed up too badly. My two young orange cats are acrobats; they try to climb walls on a regular basis, including the sides of my sofa and chairs, and the adhesive of these pads is not enough to withstand their constant scratching and pulling.Perhaps if this product came with something to secure the pads onto soft upholstery better, it would be worth trying, but without that, the “easy removal” aspect of this product allows it to come off all too easily.

I put this on the corners of my couches and it definitely protects my furniture. Super easy to apply and is super durable. I would recommend to anyone who had cats and wants to protect their furniture.

These sticky plastic sheets have been a great deterrent for all my kitties to leave our couch and carpet alone! We’ve got two kittens (10 months) and two older cats (5) for reference. The “bigs” we’ve had since they were 3 months and the kittens since about 2 mos old.Our couch is all but destroyed with claw marks (pleather isn’t a great option with cats), but we have been trying to train everyone to leave it alone for when we are able to replace it in a few months. Definitely don’t want to get a new one before they know it’s off limits! We also have an issue with carpet (stairs mostly) trying to be used as a scratching post. The kittens just haven’t gotten used to using the proper scratching items we have so hopefully these sheets will help teach them. Thankfully we’ve had no fraying of carpet yet so hopefully this helps curb that habit. Bear in mind these are sticky on the side applied to surface, so placing on a stair tread would be a bad idea as you’d slip on the exposed plastic. This is why I placed on the spot I did as it’s also a popular spot for clawing. Finally, we got a surprise grooming glove included in our package which we’ve never had before and holy moly do we need to use it more often…so much hair! It was a very pleasant surpriseAll in all, it comes with 12 total sheets in two different sizes. Can cut to size which would work great for some kitchen chairs. I would definitely buy more if necessary!

I have a separate cat scratch sticky deterrent that is in 2x10 inch strips. These are good too for other places. If you need to basically cover the whole of a chair back or sofa arm, this size is great. It has good stick and doesn’t end up balled to itself as easily as the strips do. This version also comes with the welcome addition of a grooming glove. My cat loves it. We brush him pretty regularly because he has very long hair. This is nice because our cat likes it, but on his super long fur, it doesn’t substitute for brushing. He’s high maintenance. With our cat, who is just almost 2, we allowed him to destroy some dining chairs that we got for free. When we finally invested in something nicer, the cat went after them too. With regular claw clipping and these strips, he rarely attempts to sharpen claws on our chairs anymore. These do exactly what say they’ll do! Easy to peel, apply, and remove.

New kitten, not trained so, my couch has really been taking a beating. These transparent covers are perfect to keep her from ripping into the fabric. Her nails are pretty sharp (working on getting her use to trims) and yet they have not punctured the plastic, it's nice and durable. Also happy with how many pieces came in this one pack - 10 pieces was more than enough so cover the areas she's prone to scratch.Installation took 30 seconds. Remove the cover on the back and adhere the sticky side to the furniture of your choice.Happy with this product, my couch is also happy.

First, i love that the pack comes with so many of the large size, so if you mess up the first time like I did you have a few extra to get it right. The plastic is very thick and has a good hold, and when i took the first one off (because some cat hair got under the plastic) it doesn't leave any residue on my couch. Which was very nice.Make sure to wipe down your couch like it instructs and take a lint roller to it. If you want you can take an extra step and cut off some of the threads from my cats clawing at my couch for a cleaner look.Application: was a breeze, i simply lined up the largest sheet with the seams of my couch, rubbed front of it for a good hold, and then here's my tip, as you curved it around the couch arm press down the center of the sheet straight back and then towards the upper and lower edges, you will get less rippling.I went above step further and applied one of the medium sized sheets next to the large one and you can hardly see the seam.I will say my cats seem less interested in the couch now but I will update you guys.
