This plastic sheeting works well at sticking to surfaces, but the glue is not so strong that it is going to ruin your furniture when you try to take it off. I like the adjust-ability of having this on one roll so I can cut it to size. I was a tad concerned that it might not have been thick enough, but so far it seems to be holding up great to the cat's use, so I am pleased.

Love this stuff! It’s great to protect door frames from any type of scrape to be honest! It’s clear and not noticeable unless the light catches it. Plenty sticky and good quality!

I like the flexibility of having a roll of this to cut, trim and place. Some of the others come in pre-cut sheets, which is helpful in some instances, but for a couch, you'll spend a lot of time lining up pieces. With this, you just measure and cut.It's very sticky, so you do need to use some care in removing the backing and placing it. If you've ever used peel-and-place wallpaper, you'll figure this out pretty easily. Cut off your long sheet, peel down about 8 inches or so across the narrow edge, stick that exposed piece to your furniture and then reach under the sheet to grab the loose end of the backing and pull with one hand as you press the material down on your furniture with the other hand.My daughter and her two cats were visiting, so I had to protect a wingback chair and a reclining leather couch. You can't use this on leather, but I have a cloth furniture protector already in place on the couch, so I just stuck this stuff to that. I got both pieces taken care of in about half an hour and so far, no issues with the kitties.This is definitely thick enough to keep claws from getting through, although to be fair, I don't think the cats like the feel of the plastic, which is a huge plus because it keeps them away from my delicate furniture!Even after covering those two pieces of furniture, I still have about a quarter of the roll left, so you definitely get some bang for your buck.

This is nice anti-scratch pet film. It is very sticky which is great. I got the roll to attempt to apply it onto a sliding glass door to prevent our new puppy from scratching the glass when she jumps at the door asking to go in/out. Getting the film onto the glass is tricky because of how sticky it is. It will do a great job of protecting the glass but this isn't an ideal product for glass because it's not crystal clear and acts like a privacy film when applied to a window or glass door. So it's very noticeable for this use case. We'll leave it up for now but will likely try and find a more transparent option in the future.

Our cat likes to open a wooden door by herself and her scratch marks were beginning to show. This product is like a 12" wide roll of strapping tape that can be cut to any size and applied. I wrapped some around the door, inside and and outside. I had to peel it back to readjust, and there was no problem removing it and reapplying it. Once installed, it's invisible.

It’s easy to use, and sturdy, but handling it wore the stick off pretty quick, so the edges I touch’s were virtually unsticky. It’s thinner than I anticipated but I’m keeping my fingers crossed it stops the cats!

We ordered this for a different reason than our cats scratching things up. We got it to keep new things that need to be on the floor, safe from our Pomeranian that loves to mark things, especially new items.We got a new cloth covered, memory foam pet stair set, and put this protective sheet on each side, making it extra protective by folding inches underneath as well. We ended up also putting it on top of the stairs, and very top larger landing step because our Pomeranian decided he likes to lay on the top.Be mindful, cause even though it is easy to remove from fabric, if it folds on itself, it is impossible to unfold it.We ended up using the entire roll on those stairs, and we got the largest size. We like that it is on a roll, and not sheets or panels. This way, we can use as much, or as little as we need.There is no odor with it either, thank goodness. Would definitely order again!
