I recently got a new cat tree that only had one of six posts wrapped in sisal rope. There was just enough rope to wrap a 15.75” post and a 6.5” post. I added the cat toy and self-groomer which gave an upgraded look. The diameter of the rope is perfect. It’s a useful product that can be used in more ways than one.

Who knows if cats can tell if their environment is color coordinated, or if repairs, when necessary-which seems like everyday-are well done & blend in, but I can and I am so happy that this matches so well. My wrapping technique leaves alot to be desired, so at least the color won't show my inexpert, but earnest, attempt to restore my cats' most favorite scratching post. The ANNISITE Store "Sisal Rope for Cat Scratcher, Natural White 1/4in" came quickly, and was well packed in a cute ANNISITE logo box for safe ship/secure arrival. The sisal is well wrapped and sealed, and tucked in with a good quality cat self scratcher (that can be attached around post/column), a soft pom pom on cord, and a nice pair of textured dipped gloves to protect your hands when pulling the sisal rope tight and securing it. Also included is an insert with photos of other ANNISITE buyers/users' ideas for installing the sisal for cat fun. This was a fun order, and I plan to buy another for a fellow cat lover whose scratching post tower needs a "refresh" (lol, was that tactful enough, hahaha).

Comes with a few extras (gloves and cat face rubbing thing) but great buy for some rope to revamp a scratcher rather than buy a whole new one. No smell, and enough to line a small/medium scratcher.

I used this to fix one of our cat scratching posts. It worked really well. The gloves were helpful and a nice touch. There was no weird smell or anything. So far the rope is holding up to a lot of use from our three cats. It’s a great thickness and there was an enough for the post I put it on.

This turned out to be an exact match for the cat tree I needed to replace the sisal on. I also used a staple gun and a ton of hot glue, and it was easy to get this reassembled.

I've been trying to find sisal to repair my ancient cat climbing tree for ages, but every single one I got from other companies stunk of gasoline or other chemicals. There were different theories as to what the true source of the odor was, but I wasn't risking it.Then this sisal rope came up in my Vine Voice offerings, so I decided I might as well give it a try. It doesn't have any bad odor at all, just a very mild scent that is most likely the sisal itself. If you're hoping to repair your cats' tree/scratcher and don't want to expose your cats to who-knows-what chemicals, THIS is the one to get.That it also comes with a little ball (which my youngest cat immediately tried to steal) and a self-grooming add-on just makes it that much better. I'm so glad I found it!

The sisal rope is always the first thing to get shredded on cat trees. This is a great price to quickly repair that one post without having to buy and assemble a whole new cat tree!Its a great quanitity for thr cost, too!! Depending on the size of the scratcher this could last 2 - 3 posts.The rope is durable and long lasting. I use just a little but of non-toxic glue on the inside to ensure it stays in place - but also safe for the kitties!

I love the bleached look of this sisal rope, it's a more beachy look than the usual tan, which will be great for my cats tower in my beach themed room. It has a nice thickness but seems easily malleable. I appreciate that they include gloves for handling the somewhat prickly rope, although you will still need a way to adhere the rope to your cat tower or scratcher, (such as glue and a staple gun), but they do include the gloves as well as a bonus little silicone self scratcher that can be attached to a tower post or even a dining table leg if you'd prefer.Be aware this doesn't include any instructions for installing it, so you might need to research that a bit. I ordered this to replace some of the worn out sisal rope on one of my old towers, and while I haven't installed it yet, I'm pleased with the feel and look of this rope and am confident it is just what I needed to refresh my cat's tower.
