There are great nonstick pans. Just remember to use plastic/silicon cookware and gently wash. Do not use anything abrasive. A simple sponge and dish detergent is all you need. Nothing sticks. You can fry eggs without using butter. Clean up is a breeze. Put paper towels or felt in between when storing to avoid scratching. Hand wash and treat them right and they'll last for years. This is my second set. The first set lasted for 6-7 years with some people abusing them.As soon as the nonstick coating starts to significantly wear, these should be replaced for food safety reasons.

We bought this fabulous sauce pan a good 8 years ago. It is the pan I use the most when prepping meals. The coating after 8 years was finally not very effective anymore. We ordered a new one. I haven't used it yet but the pan is certainly lighter than the old one so hopefully it will be as good with even cooking and no burning due to a lighter construction.

Very happy with this pan! We were after a replacement for a 14 year old Kirkland pan which had started to warp on the bottom. We loved the size of that pan, and were happy to find that this Analon pan was nearly identical. It seems to be of good quality, and the non-stick works well, so hopefully it will also last us 14 years. It's our go-to pan for cooking most things. We're very happy with it. If an updated version of it comes out, the only suggestion is to make the rubber on the handle extend closer to the main part of the pan.

Great thick bottom frying pan! This is my second one because my mom stole my first one. :) Even after about 4 years of use it held up perfectly! We only use silicone spatulas with it though.

I bought my first Analon non-stick 8” frying pan probly several decades ago at a price I suspect was a loss leader, and it’s still going strong to this day! You just have to remember the absolute minimal maintenance requirements. This summer I bought two more of these beauties at the same price of my first one, so I could cook for a larger crowd.Being non-stick you have basically one thing to remember. No metal utensils, no metal scrubbing pads, and no I harsh chemical cleansers. Wood or plastic utensils are fine and work great! Also, I wouldn’t put these frying pans in the oven or countertop toaster oven. Well maybe that’s more than one thing to remember.I became famous to my family for my locally favorite, my Mother’s Day frittata. A frittata, at least the way I make them is basically a quiche with no crust. I was making my Mother’s Day frittata long before I had even heard the term ‘frittata’.I had the whole extended family over for Mother’s Day Brunch with the caveat that our mothers didn’t cook. I’d cook brunch for everyone, yet I wanted to also be able to sit down and enjoy my cooking and enjoy eating with my family. I didn’t want to be standing up and operating an omelette bar while everyone else was seated and eating.More or less my frittata is basically all prep and reallying on the nonstick Analon 8” frying pan(s). A drop or two of oil, or butter, or a drop or 2 of any other shortening will help the nonstick Analon 8” frying pan to be non stick. Once your frittata is set up, you should be able to easily turn or flip what is now your frittata which should easily slide out of your nonstick Analon 8” frying pan.

It's a great small non-stick frying pan for a quick omelette etc. You need to know that you shouldn't turn the heat up too high, otherwise food does stick to it (regardless of what kind of oil or butter you're using). Just set the burner to around the midpoint (let's say, a 5 or 6 on a scale of 10) and wait for it to warm up properly before adding the food. Then it works AND cleans perfectly.

Needed new nonstick frying pans. Read many review sites and chose these Anolon pans. Lighter weight than some, but nice nonstick surface, good flat bottoms and heat transfer. All nonstick coatings have limited lifespans, but hoping these pans will last a reasonable amount of time with proper care. Inexpensive price for decent product.

If used as directed, no metal utensils and no more than medium heat the pan surface has not deteriorated. I use the pan many days of the week. It is very easy to clean. I personally clean it by hand which is very easy since nothing sticks to the surface.Since the bottom of the pan contains a heat slug it does take a bit of time for it to heat up. This slug also helps provide uniform heat. I am very happy with this pan. I have been using it since I bought it in January of 2024, about 11 months now.

After using the 2 quart pot from this company/product for a couple years, and the surface remains non-stick and undamaged, I thought I would replace my aging (and no longer fully non-stick) ceramic pans. All non-stick pans age, no matter how careful on is with regard to stacking, cleaning, and utensils. They are not a lifelong investment (like cast-iron or steel). Nevertheless, one would like to benefit for a few years at least. My original pot is about 3 years old now, and performs exactly as if it was new with regular use.My two pans are now about a year old, and (although slightly scratched on the surface by use of a sharp object by an adult child who should have known better) STILL retains all their non-stick and easy cleaning properties. I should mention that the bottom (stove) surface discolored somewhat on one portion (possibly due to the same unmentionable child), but it does NOT affect it looks or function.High praise for these pans.

This pan is great. It is better than other non-stick pans I’ve had and I have tried many in a variety of price ranges. This one is substantial in weight. The handle is comfortable. Nothing sticks in this pan. It heats evenly. I have used mine every day for a couple of months now and have had no problem with anything sticking and the clean up is excellent inside and out. I don’t put it in the dishwasher but I think it says you can. I highly recommend this pan and feel that it will probably last for many years. And the price is good. Previously, I had decided that any non-stick pan would have to be replace every couple of years and started buying cheap pans because they lasted as long as expensive pans. This pan is not expensive and seems like it will last many years! Win-win!
