I love the shape and deepness of this pan. I love the size which is large enough for exactly what we bought it for, which is it make Hot Pot, but it also useful for so many other large meals I will put together for family gatherings. The two large handles on the side make it easy to carry and clean.

The size, shape, weight (2.1 lb without lid) are perfect for our 3 people family. It is my best everyday pan for stew, stir fry, spaghetti and hot pot boiling. The only problem is a few white spots after my first use just for water boiling, which is not removable. This also happened in my other two tri-ply stainless steel pots from Tramontina and calphalon purchased recently. But my old calphalon tri-ply wok which I brought 15 years ago doesn’t have this issue. I can see Cuisinart French Classic Tri-Ply Stainless 4.5-Quart Dutch Oven also have this problem from their reviews, and this is made in France but not China. With this price, I don’t expect it perfect, it is still my most frequently used pan for multipurpose cooking every day.

The heat expansion is excellent. It cooks my food eveningly. Has not rusted.

The bottom of the pot is discolored. Also the side of the pot. Not happy with the product.

Lolykitch stainless steel kadhai works perfectly for Indian cooking ! I have 2 kadhai of 3.5 quarts each and use them as needed ! With the arrival of this kadhai i have thrown all non stick out of the house ! It has a heavy and thick base so Food doesn’t get burned , neither does it stick to the bottom of kadhai even at high temperatures! It also comes with a lid and it’s betty easy to clean as the food doesn’t get burned or stick to the sides at all ! I would totally recommend this kadahi to whoever is looking for stainless steel !

I cook everything in this pan, and everything cooks well and quickly. The only issue is that one of the screws on the lid loosens every time I cook, but I don't tighten it beyond hand-tightening because I'm afraid it may crack the lid. Cleaning is not too bad. Just have to use a little elbow grease every now and then... which for me means baking soda and dish liquid... and sometime steel wool. (smile)
