This pan is a beautiful addition to my kitchen. I chose it because it’s ceramic, and PFA free. It was well packaged with a protective pouch, like unboxing a designer bag! I use that pouch for storage to keep the nonstick surface protected. I like that most elements in the packaging were cardboard and recyclable (no plastic packaging). Not only does it look so nice with its golden handle, it’s really nonstick and great quality. I use it often to sauté veggies or for scrambled eggs. This is a smaller size perfect for cooking for 1-2 people, or small side dishes.

I have been trying to replace my older cookware so I'm always excited to receive and review any type of cookware products.This Bloomhouse 3-quart Ceramic Nonstick Aluminum Saucepan with Lid has an interesting story about it's design and company beliefs so definitely check it out when you have time.This saucepan comes as a set aka lid included. This set came in a very nice thick box, which the company plants a tree for every set sold. The saucepan and lid were both wrapped in separate really nice drawstring bags for storage when not in use. I have to admit, I've never owned any type of cookware that was treated so highly, makes one feel kinda fancy. The Bloomhouse saucepan is a work of art at it's curved design, beautiful color topped out with the gold trim. For me however the most important aspects is functionality. The saucepan is ideal to use on all stovetops and in even in the oven up to 500°F (400°F with glass lid). I really like that feature not to mention it is also Ceramic Nonstick Aluminum!! I've been able to cook everything in this, fried an egg, cooked chicken, outside of normal saucepan items too. Food slid right out, no issues, no sticking, great tasting and easy clean up.Definitely recommend.

I don't know the first thing about Oprah's Favorite Things but I am slap-dab in love with this 3-quart Heavy Duty Aluminum Premium PFA Free Ceramic Nonstick Saucepan with Lid from the Bloomhouse Store.First, it arrived double-boxed directly from the vendor. The packaging was perfect and the saucepan and lid arrived in pristine condition. Each piece comes in its own protective drawstring bag. I have a feeling this pan is going to be spending the vast majority of its time sitting on my stovetop, waiting to help create the next great meal.I don't cook as much or as often as I used to now that I am cooking for one but this beautiful cookware may inspire me to get back in the kitchen to whip up some amazing dishes.I love that this pan feels substantial without actually being heavy.So far, I've seen no evidence of hot spots or uneven heating in this Bloomhouse pot.This cookware is completely non-stick but made without PFAs (I've been preaching for years about these Forever Chemical that are permanently tainting our water, soil and food supply). It is also free of PTFEs, PFOAs, lead and cadmium.If you are a bird owner, you'll appreciate that this cookware is made without Teflon, which can emit toxins deadly to domestic birds.The lid is tight fitting but still has a vent hole to prevent boil overs while simmering.One of my pet peeves these days is so many things arrive without a single word of instructions for care and use. Not this Bloomhouse cookware. In addition to the impeccable packaging, it comes with full directions for protecting the item.The fact that the seller plants a tree is a really nice touch.The only thing that I'm not 100% crazy about is that handwashing is recommended for this cookware. I guess putting my hands in dishwater is a small price to pay for near perfection in a quality made, highly useful saucepan.I recommend this cookware 10 out of 10.

I love the size and weight of this pot. I purchased two of them and feel great about my decision. They are the perfect size for my cooking needs. I haven’t cooked in them yet, but am looking forward to finding out if the results will be as good as the looks.

Always follow the directions. With most non-stick, ceramic, etc. they recommend cooking at med to med low heats. This is no different outside of it states if you are boiling you can run high temp. I used this for something that all my stainless pots fail at and since we have removed the other non-stick pots in our house I thought I would give this one a go. I started with rice. I never, do not have rice stick to the bottom. Never. Unless i used a pfoa type non-stick. and even then still some sticking. I made rice in this and have now deemed this my rice pot. Nothing stuck, when i fluffed the rice the entire pot of rice was spinning inside the pot itself. This was a jasmine rice so usually some sticking some residue. This pot had nothing, you could barely even tell i cooked in it at all. Everything, every last piece fell out of this, it was amazing. Leave the pot nearly spotless. The rice had the cooked crunchy bottom that usually would have adhered itself to the bottom of the pot, but it did not to this pot, still to the rice but not the pot quite amazing. This is now my rice pot and will be used primarily for that.The down side if you care it states to store in the cloth bags if you care to keep it looking unscratched and pretty looking. I do not care much about that, i usually have stuff seperating my pots and pans anyway. Highly recommend adding to your collection.
