I'm newish to using stainless pans but I loved the size and shape of this one and decided to give it a shot. I am so glad I did! It's the perfect size for almost any one pot meal. I've made spaghetti, fried several chicken breasts, made 4 pancakes at a time, and it's been perfect for all. The heat conduction is fantastic and if you keep it on medium low it will serve you well. Once it's heated up food cooks fairly quickly and I haven't had any issues with overheating or burning. If you are someone who needs to cook for multiple people or meal preps this is a fantastic pan and a great deal.

Just an awesome piece of kitchen equipment. I was considering going with All Clad, since people rave about their heat distribution, but I had read great things about the Multi-Clad Pro and - after seeing that it was half an inch deeper than the All Clad, I went with it. I couldn't love this thing any more, and it was 2/5 the price of All Clad. The heat distribution is terrific and the weighting is excellent. The handles are really comfortable to use, even with heavier items in the pan. The helper handle also comes in handy with those heavier items. One thing I have realized is that these pans will warp significantly if submerged in water when they're hot, so don't do that. I 100% recommend this pan and I know you'll love using it.

I had my doubts when I initially bought it because of some the negative reviews. They kept mentioning how it warped on them. I've been using it for the past 8 months and it's been going great. The pan cooks evenly and is well built. It has solid build quality. This comes in really handy when cooking big quantities of food for meal prep. I high recommend you buy this saute pan.

I switched to this cookware, from Cuisinart's "Chef's Choice", because the bottom discs kept delaminating from my skillets. This set has triple ply throughout, so there is no bottom disc to come loose. There are pros and cons related to this set (and, to this type of cookware, in general):These pots are, undeniably, more durable. These pots are much heavier. On an induction stovetop, these pots take significantly longer to heat up (water in my small pot boils in 90s in the lighter pots, but takes a full 2 minutes in these pots). My biggest complaint is that these pots cook on the sides of the pot, not just on the bottom. For some things, like candy, you don't want heating on the side. Also, more work to clean these, since food doesn't just stick on the bottom of the pan, but also on the sides. Also, since the sides of these pots cook, they are hot, and the small handles will get too hot to hold (which doesn't happen with the bottom-disc type cookware).

Can’t say enough about this wonderful skillet! LOVE the size….lets me cook a whole family pack of chicken at one time! The heat distributed SO well, food cooks quickly. Cleans so easily. Use low heat to start cooking and you will not get any sticking!♥️

Love this pan. Went from a 10” to this and have been able to make meals without crowding. The heat gets distributed evenly. Heavy duty! It is quite heavy. I’ve used it 3-4 times now and every time I say to my wife that I love this pan! No research required anymore for you. Just get it!

Se manchó desde la primera lavada. Queda como acabado tornasol con manchas oscuras y brillosas. Tengo otros sartenes de otras marcas y no ocurre esto

In 2003 we bought an entire set of Cuisinart stainless steel pots and pans. They ended up being the best we have even owned and we still use them today. Outstanding heat distribution, durability and easy of cleaning. No matter what we cooked in them we could easily clean them; rinsing them out, adding about an inch of water and a tablespoon of salt, bring the water to a boil and then let it cool. After that it really only took a quick wipe with a soapy sponge, cold water rinse, drip dry and it was good as new. After over 15 years of reliable use I mistakenly forgot about the pan while boiling the water to clean it and it boiled dry and started smoking. Without thinking I ran water over the pan and that severely warped the bottom... A mistake I will never live down... Anyway I quickly purchased a replacement but it wasn't the same. After about a year of use the bottom was warped and the inside had a few pock marks in the metal. Just not the same quality... We later purchase a second 5 1/2 qt multi-purposed pot and that quality was lacking as well. Come to find out, the original set wasn't the "Classic" style but the more expensive MultiClad Pro. Eureka! I found the outstanding Cuisinart cookware I've been looking for. This is the higher quality I've come to expect from Cuisinart. I'm buying more as I type...

A year ago I purchased a set of this MultiClad Pro Stainless cookware and have loved it. We are trying to reduce/eliminate the Teflon pans we have been cooking on for years due to concerns over health risks with Teflon. These pans have been instrumental in that. The major issue I had with the set, is that it did not include a larger sauce pan. Now I have this pan and my set is complete. With a family of 7, we needed a larger pan for preparing dinner. Our old nonstick cast aluminum set had a pan this size and we missed it in the interim. These pans are great for most cooking. Because they are stainless you can use metal utensils and scrubbers without an issue. They clean up nicely each time, though with a little more effort than a new nonstick pan (old nonstick never gets clean). With the exception of frying or other high heat cooking methods, these pans cleanup almost effortlessly. For daily cooking of eggs and such I have to use far too much oil in them to make it reasonable, and so have added some ceramic coated skillets to the mix for those needs. These pans are not typical junk cookware that is so common today. The walls of this cookware set are thick and sturdy. The pans heat evenly and quickly. The lids are well made and handles well attached. The quality stands easily up against the Calphalon and and other quality pans that I have owned. They are much better than the grocery store brands and TFal that I have also owned.I do not regret saving some money and choosing these over All-Clad, which was the other option I was considering at the time.
