**Title: Excellent Value and Effortless Cooking with Made In Cookware**I’m thoroughly impressed with the pan! The craftsmanship is evident, with the 5-ply stainless steel providing great heat distribution, and the non-stick surface makes cooking and cleanup a breeze. The stay-cool handle is comfortable to grip, and I love that it’s induction-compatible, making it versatile for any kitchen setup. The size is perfect for various dishes, whether its meats or simply cooking sides, and they hardly stick to the pan itself! Plus, the fact that it’s crafted in Italy adds a touch of elegance to the overall design. For such high-quality cookware, this pan is an outstanding value. Definitely a must-have in any kitchen!

The packaging is nice and sturdy. The product was in perfect condition inside. This is almost certainly the most impressive cookware I've ever had. It's handmade in Italy, and the first thing I noticed was how precisely the lid fit, and how beautiful the stainless steel is. Looking at it, I just couldn't help but think, this is artwork. It's really beautifully crafted. That being said, how does it heat, and how non-stick is it? They claim there are five layers of cladding for even heat distribution, and I would have to say it works remarkably well. Everything I've cooked so far has come out beautifully. You can just see as things simmer, there are no hot spots. As far as non-stick goes, it seems as though it's impossible for anything to stick to it. Everything slides around so beautifully it's a little hard to believe. The handles are very sturdy and the shape of the long handle is very comfortable. I have some cookware that's really very nice. Some All-Clad pieces amongst others, but this is really at a different level. Needless to say, I highly recommend it and give it 5 stars. Of course, the price tag of $180 may not be for everyone, but if it doesn't put you off, step up and get one. In fact, I would imagine there's an entire line of this specific type of cookware with this non-stick coating. I'll be looking for more pieces to add. Enjoy!

This skillet is very pretty. I've never seen a skillet that is enameled on the inside but stainless steel on the outside. It's very unique and I love the look.I also love how lightweight this skillet is, unlike my enameled Dutch oven which is enamel coated both inside and out.The handle does indeed stay cool and is comfortable. But, what I love the most is the non stick aspect of this skillet. It works well. I've cooked eggs and I've fried hash browns in this skillet and nothing sticks. And, clean up is a breeze. I hand wash all of my dishes so this skillet is no different. Since nothing sticks, there's really no work involved in cleaning. A dunk and a wipe in soapy water and a quick rinse is all it requires.I will come back and update if there are any issues such as rusting or chipping of the enamel. I'm easy on my cookware so I'm hoping this skillet will last a long, long time.I love cooking with this skillet.I hope this was helpful.

It’s hard to say too many good things about these Made In pans. Before I tried Made In, I was devoted to Cuisinart skillets, pots, and pans. I got rid of all of them. I love these Made In pans.I already had three of their skillets, one sauce pan, and a sauté pan. This sauté pan with the ceramic coating is far superior to the one I already had. It heats evenly, it’s extremely easy to use the nonstick surface, which seems very durable, and the handle stays cool unless you put it in the oven. And while I still worry about rubbing off the nonstick coating, I worry far less than with previous nonstick coatings. The the listing says it is Gas and Electric Stovetop Compatible, I only tested it with an Induction Stovetop and an electric oven. The listing says should avoid abrasive detergents on the cooking surface and hand wash only. That’s good advice.Though I’m sure you should heat the warning that it is only oven safe to 550F, before getting upset about that, I would know that most ovens only get to about 450F.If you care about your cooking, this is the pan to get.

I received my very first piece of Made In cookware as a gift this past Christmas. I cook and bake a LOT and must admit I was skeptical. I have quite an assortment of high end cookware from various brands and knew there was no way Made In could compete given the price. Man was I wrong! Made In is superior to all others I’ve owned or used. Their quality and performance are unrivaled and the value is nothing short of astonishing. Didn’t take me long to buy this as my second piece - I’m not normally a fan of nonstick but I crossed my fingers hoping if Made In was willing to put their name on it, I wouldn’t be disappointed. Happy to report I’m not only not disappointed but very pleased with the skillet - heat’s evenly and has excellent release and nonstick seems at least initially to be extremely durable. And best part is it’s compatible with my portable induction burner which I use frequently. Don’t hesitate to buy this - you can thank me later.

This is a fine sauté pan, and works like I expect a high-quality piece of kitchen equipment to work. It is remarkably well-built (with one exception I will note below). Its 5-ply stainless provides decent heft and even heating, while the ceramic interior is lovely to cook on, with a natural non-stick surface. The one issue we have run into is with the internal rivet heads. They are, of course, a common feature on upscale cookware. However, in the case of our pan, there is just enough of a gap in the fitment of the rivet heads that food does get behind the head and makes it difficult to clean. For that, I'm subtracting one star.Seriously, though, we have found it to be an effective sauté pan, and I would not be unhappy at all to have more Made In Cookware.
