Hands down, way better than HexClad or Tfal. Well made pans that you can feel the quality. True non-stick surface. No burning or discoloration. No warping. Just great cooking. Easy pour lip works very well. The pan is very clean-up too.

Induction plate users take note: this is a very large pan. It’s 6qt, and a lot of that is horizontal space. If you’re using a typical budget plate, this will give you a characteristic hotspot in the center and may be difficult to work with. I may have found this out the hard way. Confirm your measurements! You may want something smaller, or you might just need a wok.If you know your cooktop can accommodate a pan of this diameter, though, this is a no-brainer which outclasses similar pans at brick and mortar retail. It’s solid without being ridiculously heavy, and is beautifully put together. I particularly liked the slightly rougher finish on the handles for ease of grip, since I’ve spilled way too much over the years out of mirror-finished frying pans.I got this for yangnyeom chicken prep, since I struggle to deep-fry battered chicken on most nonstick coatings (off goes the batter, then the skin, then bits cling everywhere) and really wanted to try a hex-style finish. While I couldn’t get a feel for how evenly this cooks due to my limited space, chicken cooked towards the center kept its coating and skin largely intact. I’m happy, and look forward to using the pan on my new stove in a few months!

It's a nice, big pan for larger quantities of food. It feels sturdy and works well—food sticks to the bottom of the pan but doesn't take much to remove with a bit of soap and elbow grease.

I enlisted the help of friends who are culinary pros and their verdict is that overall this pan performs well for the home cook - and so it’s a nice value at the price.First - this is a sleek and attractive pan.I don’t need all my kitchen gear to be matchy - as long as each piece pleases me aesthetically- this certainly does.I surely hope the materials used do not prove to have ‘forever chemicals’ - there are a few brands of pans out there advertised as safe that were later revealed to have issues… but as stated the materials used seem safe.I’m vegan, but my culinary friends thought eggs would be a good test - the eggs released easily and the pan is a nice large size if you’re wanting to avoid overcrowding for proper browning or just to cook more volume than the typical 12” pan - this pan is plenty deep! The lid fit well and steam released from the vent properly - I won’t even consider buying a pan now without a lid - it’s important for many stages of preparation. The handle stayed cool as well - again, quite important to me.According to my culinary pro friends - a pan intended for professional use would be thicker and take longer to heat up to ensure even heat throughout the cooking process. That being said - they had no problem with their eggs cooking evenly and were impressed with the quality of the clean release of the dish overall. So again - overall a good value for a generously sized pan with a handle that stays cool, a well fitting ventilated lid and a non-stick surface that performs well!
