WISH it was good. Lit retained water after i washed it with a sponge, didn't submerge it even. Not a good sign for the pan itself which appears ok.

I flipped 3 fried eggs the other day. 3 eggs and not one broken yoke. I have only ever done that with brand new tephlon before. Then a week later I have consumed all the non-stick, am growing tumors, and my pan is no longer non-stick. I flipped 3 eggs with my 2 month old Inqibee!

I love my PAN. It does take the prep requirements like washing and seasoning. But I have not found it necessary to do the water test every time I use it.I just check for the general desired heat with my hand.

I bought SO many non-stick and aluminum saute pans and returned almost every one of them till this one. It has an interesting design being a hybrid. has a large cooking area, distributes heat evenly, nice heavyweight feel, and cooks fast if you use the cover. Cleanup of the non-stick surface sometimes requires a small amount of effort, emphasis on small, and is truly non-stick. Now with this pan, I want to cook all the time. I highly recommend it.
