While the pan is nice for the most part ours does not sit flat on our burners. Also non stick surface seems to be getting scratches just using a no scratch sponge to wash.

First thought, it's heavy! Second thought the surface is rather course, I would expect a smooth surface for non-stick. You have to attach the handle, but I can see this saves an extra 12" in shipping. The pressed wrench that's included does not fit the nuts so you need a 10 mm socket to attach it. Add a drop of loctite on each thread to make sure it doesn't fall off. Overall it looks to be a pretty decent pan.

I have owned this pan for 6 months now. I had my eye on the Hex Clad brand, but didn’t want to pull the trigger at that price point. This pan has been a great alternative. Great for just about anything, I have been using it in the colder months to sauté meats rather then go outside and grill. Great for sauces, veggies…anything. Easy to clean…I do put it in the dishwasher a couple times a week and there is no wear. Heavy duty pan with even heat distribution. If you have arthritis or weakness in your hands, this pan may be too heavy for you. Overall, very happy with this purchase and may add more pieces over time.

This pot seemed well made, but it was too big for my stove. I returned it, but if you are looking for a solid and well-made pot, give this one a chance.

I've only used this once, but so far so good. Nothing stuck to the pan and it was easy to clean. I love that it has 2 handles. I have carpel tunnel and picking up a pan this size with one hand is not possible for me. Would recommend this to anyone needing a deep non-stick pan.
